One buffet, three ways to sit in front of it

It's the version of the evening built for guests who want the programme without paying for proximity to the stage or an extra round at the bar — a real option rather than a stripped-down afterthought, since the show itself is identical across all three tiers. For a couple celebrating a specific occasion, Classic is a perfectly complete version of the evening rather than a compromise, and the saved cost is easily spent elsewhere on the trip.
Splash: two drinks and a lei upgrade option
Moana Splash sits mid-lawn with a shell-lei greeting and two ticketed drinks rather than one. A paid upgrade of roughly $20 a person swaps the shell lei for a fresh flower lei and moves the seating closer still — worth considering if the lei itself matters to the trip's photos, since a fresh flower lei doesn't last as a keepsake the way a shell one does. The upgrade is worth weighing against Celebrity's price gap directly — for some travellers the closer seating alone justifies the jump, for others the shell lei and standard seating are already enough.
Celebrity: the tier built for a special occasion
Moana Celebrity is the only tier with table service — a server brings the buffet to the table rather than guests carrying their own plates — alongside a fresh flower lei, a complimentary welcome mai tai on top of the standard drink tickets, the closest seating to the water and the stage, and a souvenir gift to take home. It's priced as the anniversary-or-honeymoon option, and the seating alone (nearest the fire-knife finale) is the clearest reason to choose it over Splash. Because table service is unique to Celebrity, it's also the practical choice for a guest travelling with limited mobility or a young child who'd otherwise need to be walked through a crowded buffet line twice.
Dietary needs on a fixed buffet
